Quality

Thermoplastics are the industrialized products, plastics that can be processed several times (when get warm, they fuse and when get cooler, become solid again). To better understand:

Polyethylene terephthalate (Pet), Polyethylene of high density (Pead) and Polypropylene (PP).

The screen of materials happens in the following way:

1º - Material are classified as: Pet, Pead, blow, PEAD injection, PP blow and PP injection:
2º - Material are classified in colors and tonalities.

The final product presents grind, washed and dry in a gramature of 3/8” (9 mm). Those materials are destined to the confection’s market, civil´s construction, domestic utensils, foils laminate, several plastic packings, pouches of tools, toys, packings of DVD/CD and other more. Plaspet negotiates with industries of: Sao Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Parana in Brazil and companies abroad.

The production line counts with an efficient wash system, besides possessing equipments that remove bottle covers, labels and polluting residues to the final product, besides with presence of metal detectors.
